Licensed Counselor Associate
Brittany works with individuals ages 16 and older, as well as couples, and is especially passionate about supporting first responders and those who have experienced trauma. She also welcomes clients from a wide range of backgrounds who may be struggling with anxiety, overwhelming stress, or the lingering effects of difficult life experiences.
Many of the clients Brittany works with have spent years trying to manage their challenges on their own, only to find that certain experiences continue to impact them. She believes that seeking support is a sign of strength, not weakness, and that no one should have to navigate these struggles alone.
Brittany specializes in helping individuals who are dealing with depression, PTSD, anxiety, and other trauma-related concerns that affect daily functioning, relationships, self-esteem, and overall well-being. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for healing and growth.
Whether someone is new to therapy or has tried counseling in the past without finding the support they needed, Brittany is committed to working collaboratively to discover what is most effective for each individual. She understands that trauma, anxiety, and anger can manifest in many different ways, and she helps clients identify and understand these patterns so they can regain a sense of control and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Brittany’s goal is not to “fix” her clients, but to help them recognize their strengths, reconnect with their potential, and gain the tools and confidence needed to create meaningful, lasting change.
